Refund Policy Notice For TrendWealth

1) TrendWealth offers a conditional 3-day money back guarantee on TrendWealth Product Packages. There is no refund given after one or more products have been downloaded from the product area in our Members Only Back Office. This guarantee begins the day purchaser has access to their purchased TrendWealth product package, which is immediately upon completing the required payments to TrendWealth and each of the "selling" independent associates. If purchaser wishes to return the purchased package for a refund they need to notify TrendWealth by submitting a Return Request Ticket at www.TrendWealth.com/support and provide all of the purchase details including date purchased, amount paid, and the reason for returning the product package. The purchaser must also notify each of the "selling" associates via fax or email with a written Request with their intent to return the product package within the given 3 day conditional money-back guarantee period. The refund will be for the actual cost of the product package purchased. Credits included in our product packages can only be used to download products from the Media Center and are not redeemable for cash.

Upon receipt of the return request, so long as the request is submitted within the time period specified above and no products have been downloaded from our product area in our Members Only Back Office, TrendWealth and the selling associates will issue a full refund to purchaser.

2) Optional TrendWealth Independent Associate License Fee

TrendWealth offers a 3-day money back guarantee beginning on the day of submitting payment to become an independent associate. After 3 days, you are no longer eligible for a refund, except 90% of the unused portion of the $50 associate fee will be refunded for the time periods specified in the buy-back statutes of GA, LA, IA, MA, MD, MT, OK, PR, TX and WY. Additionally, Montana Associates who cancel within 15 days are entitled to a 100% refund of any consideration given to participate.
